Filishack

Filishack turns Filipino flavours into fast street-food formats at its Peckham shop: flame-grilled chicken inasal, slow-cooked beef or chicken adobo, crispy tofu and courgette served over garlic rice, in burritos, salads or loaded fries. Peckham brothers Jonathan and Justice grew the business from a market stall and food truck before opening this permanent shop in 2021.
